The Tot Rod
Est 2020
by Daniel Veres, 2022.
After 7 separate visits starting on 2 October 2021, it is time to write about The Tot Rod and how do I start? Each picture is posted in chronological order so let’s begin with the Jersey Disco Tots from a Car Show event in Bucks county and work our way to the present shall we? Cool beans.
Jersey Disco Tots come wit Brown Gravy, Shredded Mozzarella & Chives but you don’t have to settle for the basics like I did here. You may add bacon/pepperoni for an additional cost which during the second visit was worth it.
Buffalo Tots, how could you go wrong wit a little heat in your life on a Winter Day when it is snowing outside and had to drive for to enjoy? Worth it.
BBQ’d Tots had to be the real deal when it comes to choosing what to try next on a cold day when sat beside a brewery. And yeah, after a brisk walk through an arboretum it was stomach-warming to have.
Taco Supreme Tots. The post on Instagram was enticing, and just witnessing the customer before me in line be handed it was enough to lock in what was going to come out of mouth when asked to take order. But to be honest, Taco Supreme Tots are more appetizing than Taco Supreme Pizza and pairs well with beer.
Chicken Teriyaki Tots may draw people to you and ask where to purchase from like it did for me during an Easter event in Bucks county, but how else are you suppose to expand your horizons when trying new food if something new catches your eye and don’t ask questions? Just direct them to the Food Truck section, and advise them to search for The Tot Rod!
Mango Habanero Tots are lite enough to start a day’s road trip with, pair it to amusement with an outdoor Spring setting and you have a pleasant Sunday afternoon to enjoy with good company.
BBQ’d Tots wit a Margarita Shandy from Warwick Farm Brewery on the first of May is probably how I could spend my Summer Sunday’s but alas, too much of a good thing could soil you and this is where we finish Taterheads. If you are interested in learning where The Tot Rod will be at for their next event, be sure to follow them on Instagram or check out their website for details. Stay hungry, stay foolish.
