Face 1 - Focus: When hiking with company, it’s good to focus on each other’s well-being, allowing each other to figure out their own pace and stride. Thus allowing each other to feel ready for the next hike when parting ways.
Face 2 - Will: While hiking mountains with company can be exciting and help everyone feel more enthusiastic about the climb, it’s good to have the will power to request a moment for rest and re-hydration before continuing. Especially if this is your first experience.
Face 3 - Commitment: When leading a hike, I do my best to observe as much as possible and in real time make decisions to ensure a safe, fun and overall positive experience for those under my care.
